  • Need to know how to open your CD printable files? Try these steps. If they do not solve your problem, please call or email our Customer Care team.
    • PDF files on the disc can be opened and printed with Adobe Reader. To obtain a free download, go to www.adobe.com.
    • Put the CD in your computer’s CD drive. The audio player may automatically start. If so, press “Cancel”.
    • On a PC compatible computer, if your computer does not take you directly to the printable files, follow these steps:
      • Left double click on the “Computer” icon (in Windows Vista or later) or the “My Computer” icon (in Windows XP or earlier).
      • Right single click on the CD icon, and chose “Open in a new window” (Windows 7 or later) or “Explore” (Windows Vista or earlier).
      • Left double click on the folder that contains the files you want to use. Select and open to print the documents you want.
